Ply Lining

Ply lining is the core of our business here at Edinburgh Vanliners. At our workshop we use the latest technology in CNC machinery to consistently prepare high quality accurate lining kits ready to be fitted. This provides an essential platform for the inside of your vehicle, protecting the outer bodywork, and giving you a flexible base to work from.

Four types of lining kit:

No Floor

Ply lining for walls and doors of vehicle

9mm floor

All-rounder flooring suitable for most trades and provides adequate protection to your floors. Dry use Only.

15mm floor

Heavy duty flooring suitable for builders or trades required to carry heavy materials and equipment. Dry Use Only.

12mm WISADECK floor

WISADECK is a plywood panel coated with a phenolic resin coating with a slip resistant pattern. Comes in a dark brown colour and is a lot more durable and more water resistant than standard plywood flooring. Dry and Wet Use.

We can fit your van at our Edinburgh workshop! Our fitting team have earned us a reputation for providing a reliable efficient service, leaving a guaranteed job every time!
Available for all types of vans – just provide us with the make, model, year, as well as the length and height and we’ll get the ball rolling!
